Hi Everyone, First off I love this site and I’ve only been on it for a few minutes 🙂 Anyways I got my cat at the humane society two years ago. I love him to death. He has a very good personality. He is very careful not to use his claws on people and he is independent but loves attention when we give it to him. He also likes to cuddle up with me at night.
He is a little weird and when I give him wet food he eats it first with his paws by picking it up with his claws and licking it off. He is generally fearless but loud noises scare him easily. But it’s fine because we have a quiet household. Except for the fact that he is very vocal and we often have morning conversations. He gets along very well with other cats and when I let him outside he has brought other cats to our yard.
He is neutered so don’t worry there will be no little spazz (his name) kitties running around. So I gave all this info because I’m wondering what breed he may be or near. I’m guessing he is a mix breed but I can’t be completely sure. At first I thought he may be a korat because the personality fit him perfectly. But I read that they are rare and can not be white.
The humane society put him down as a domesticated short hair but I don’t think thats right. So here is a picture of him. Oh and by the way. His eyes do change color from orange in the winter to yellow then green in the spring back to yellow in the summer and the orange again. Sorry this is so long, I figured the more info the better answer 🙂
Anyways here is a picture of spazz:
He sure is a handsome looking boy 🙂
Okay thank you. I had a feeling he was. Thanks for the fast reply too!
Hi Michelle. Thanks for visiting and using the visitor’s input form. Spazz is a beautiful cat. He does look special. I can tell where you are coming from when you say he might be purebred. He looks a bit like a show cat. And you know mixed breed cats (random bred cats) can be show cats.
I think though that the humane society are correct. He is a random bred cat. He may have some purebred blood in him but you won’t be able to tell.
