Man punches a dog. Horrendous Image

Catch this violent man who is in this photograph. Has he already been caught and questioned? Do we have an update?

He appears to be punching his dog. Perhaps the dog is a stray. It does not make a difference. This is an act of animal cruelty. It is a crime in any civilized country and he is in the middle of it. Someone should know who he is and he should be charged if the police do their job. It was posted on Facebook 18 hours ago by Kevin Plummer from Kays Hill from Elisa Simmon’s FB page. No idea where the picture came from originally. The trail ran dry……

Update: It appears to be from October of 2012. The location appears to be Chile. The person is possibly a Patrick Millar and he either works at the police school or for government – I favour the former.

Note to cat lovers: Apologies for writing about a dog. I guess I am writing about people and this person is a danger to all animals and probably people too. That means he could well be a cat hater and killer. He must be stopped and apprehended.
