This is a Maine Coon cat that has been brought to my attention by a colleague, Valley Girl (VG), who lives in Atlanta, USA. Her website is teh kitteh antidote/anecdote (you'll see more of this boy on her site). VG loves this Maine Coon cat and so do I (who could not?).

He was being shown at the CFA show at Atlanta (Nov 2009) which gave VG the chance to bump into Sherry Campbell of MaineSuspect Main Coons who are cat breeders and who co-own him with Stephanie Boulter who bred him. This extremely handsome boy cat's name is Tropikoons Hang Ten of Mainesuspect. He loves being shown and showing off:

He is a

"brown and white classic tabby from GC Angtini Joe Fish of Tropkoons ex GC Tropikoons Waikiki" (I quote Sherry for accuracy I hope that is OK)

I think this type of coat is the best type for a Maine Coon. And his markings are spectacular.

I may be able to publish some more pictures of him in the near future. I say he is making cat news because he is winning at cat shows.
