A VICTORY FOR TIGER! TBVME VOTED TO REVOKE THE LICENSE OF KRISTEN LINDSEY!

By Jean Salyer of Tiger’s Justice Team

HERE IS THE NEWS WE HAVE ALL BEEN HOPING FOR…THE TEXAS BOARD OF VETERINARY MEDICAL EXAMINERS (TBVME) VOTED TO REVOKE THE LICENSE OF KRISTEN ERIN LINDSEY!

This is not the end however. Not surprisingly, Lindsey rejected the board’s decision. This means that the case will be referred to SOAH (State Office of Administrative Hearing). The TBVME is in the process of filing the case with SOAH. (Please take a look at TJT’s previous post which contains the full description of the complaint process.)

For those of you who are wondering about the actions at the next board meeting on Oct 13th, chances are that the Lindsey case will not be discussed. The reason is that there is new litigation involved now, and different rules apply.

There remains much work ahead as the legal case proceeds to SOAH. Tiger’s Justice Team will keep supporters updated as information becomes available. In the meantime, please take a minute to write a note of thanks to the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners for their diligent efforts to get justice for Tiger and revoke the license of Kristen Lindsey.

  1. The author of the best comment will receive an Amazon gift of their choice at Christmas! Please comment as they can add to the article and pass on your valuable experience.
  2. Lindsey is a worthless poor excuse of a human being. She has no business as a veterinarian because of her cruelty towards Tiger. How can anyone possibly trust this evil BITCH to take care of their animals instead of just killing them because she had some sick urge to do so?!!Anyone that would stand by her on this is just as sick as she is and should have themselves evaluated for psychosis!I hope she loses her license permanently and is thrown in jail for a very long time.

    • I totally agree, Melissa. Most people will agree with you but some as you say stand by her and how the hell they can do that is beyond my comprehension.

  3. Thank you for all the work put into this case and to the board for acting on it. It’s progress and hopefully her license will be revoked. Not complete justice for tiger but a huge step. She will suffer the full consequences for her actions in time.

  4. Here’s hoping the only job Lindsey can find is as a greeter at Wal-Mart. Come to think of it, that’s better than she deserves.

  5. The woman should be convicted of felony “animal cruelty” and thrown in jail for the maximum sentence under the law. This, though, is a hopeful step and I hope and pray she is stripped of her right to practice medicine.

    • I completely agree with you. However, as you say to revoke her licence to stop her practising veterinary medicine would be something because at one stage I was not hopeful that anything would happen by way of punishment. I’m somewhat disillusioned by the low rate of prosecution and conviction of animal abusers and I’m not necessarily talking about America or any one country but all I know is that in the UK there are insufficient prosecutions of animal abusers.

      • You KNOW I agree 100%, Michael (boringly predictable, aren’t I? 😉 ) As animals “of other species” are far more innocent and blameless than any human being could ever be, I favor punitive action in the case of anyone wilfully harming any of them, especially a cat/cats, being the harshest of any meted out. Ancient Egyptian society had the right idea.
