The link above takes you to a nice little story about how a cat with diarrhea helped expose the failings of a UK National Health Service (NHS) call center system which sends too many people to the accident and emergency departments of hospitals thereby clogging them up creating a crisis resulting in some hospitals closing their A&E departments.
We weren’t told what happened. How it panned out. I guess somewhere along the line someone scratched their head and stopped.

I would have loved seeing a cat rolled out of an ambulance on a stretcher and into the ER!
