Wildcat hybrids, wild cats and other exotic animals as pets are generally banned in Hawaii. You can bring in pet mice, rats and chinchillas for example and rabbits, but the Hawaiian government is very strict on the importation of animals because they are particularly sensitive to protecting their native species as they are part of the tourism trade.
