This is a photo of a cat colony in Spain. There are many signs of sociability by feral cats in colonies which counter the argument that domestic and feral cats are territorial. They cohabit well when there is a source of food. It is perhaps a misconception that domestic cats are territorial. A well-known scientist, SL Cromwell- Davis questions if domestic cats are territorial. He says that there is no evidence of it.
Note: Some older videos on this page were hosted on Vimeo. That account has now been retired, so a few video blocks may appear blank. Thanks for understanding — there’s still plenty of cat content to enjoy!
