  1. I always love hearing about your boys and you girls for that matter! I don’t get out much I’m afraid now I am nursing Jinks back to health he takes up all of my time as I have to home every night to give his exercise etc although he doesn’t need my love as much now as he’s getting a very independent lad.

Hope Walt had a lovely birthday so sorry I missed it he doesn’t look thirteen!!

    • Thanks Leah. I’m glad Mr Jinks is improving, it’s a long road to recovery for him, bless him.
Must catch up with you by email xx

  2. Yes, I am very feline attractive and I love it!

Everywhere I go, I spot kitties watching me out of windows or from doorsteps, and I always say hi and invite them to come closer for a petting if they’d like.

My neighbour’s cat Winston was frequently outside, and whenever he saw me get off the bus at the corner, he’d run up to me and I’d pick him up and give him a huge cuddle while walking home. People that saw us used to wonder if he was actually a dog because they’d never heard of a cat doing that, lol!

(Good news: when my neighbours moved, they let me adopt Winston, and he is now my happy, beloved boy!)

    • Meeting a cat just makes my day. I love coming home to ours also.
I’m so glad Winston is with you now, he obviously wanted to be 🙂

        • Sorry Dee, an edit option would be nice. I’ll see if I can I can find the software. The trouble is that there is a lot of average software out there and if the comments are working well it is probably best to leave it alone. It is easy to get things wrong. This site is complicated software wise.

            • I know the feeling after you’ve hit ‘post comment’ and your comment appears and you spot a typo and can’t change it lol but it happens to us all 😉

  3. I met a new cat today, such a beauty, a very dark long haired tabby and white, I wish I’d had the camera with me.
His caretaker was a very old man standing at his gate, deaf as a post bless him, but he told me the cats name is Ted.
In a week of doom and gloom this brightened my day 🙂

  4. Yea Rob is always like that concerning Cats wherever he goes he loves to snugglecuddle them which they love. Whenever im at my sisters always give the cats there extra attention.

    • It’s nice your Rob loves cats too.
If I go in a house with no cats it feels very empty, probably we all feel like that.

      • Yes he does, hes loved them since he was a kid too. Yes I would struggle not being with someone that didnt like or Love Cats. Before when I had no Cats my Life it was alot Sader they offer so much and give so much they make Life happier. Jasemin, really become such an affectionate and Loving Kitty.

  5. It’s the icing on the cake when we meet up with a cat while we’re out and about, and sometimes they’re so unexpected like the one at the house along the lane and one we met while waiting at our local station for a train, he popped out of the shrubbery to say hello then when the train came he popped back in, must have been out a-hunting from the nearby houses. Another term for it would be cat-magnet LOL

  6. I LOVE that concept, Ruth, “Feline Attractive”
Kitties are amazing animals- have so much to teach us- about so many things- such as compassion, patience and unconditional love.

I too cannot imagine when encountering kitties that a cat lover could just pass them by without communicating with them. We have a feral colony in our area (sadly losing members at this time- since locals don’t understand them and have had some of them removed- UGH) and Marty (my husband) was feeding them when the colony tender was away. He really got to know most of them individually and loved helping them out.

    • What a shame your local people wouldn’t just let the ferals be! Good for Marty for feeding them and getting to know them, he must be a true cat lover 🙂

  7. Yes I definitely are. Quite often when walking down the Street there’s always a cat that comes out to meet me. Its Cause Cats know when your a Cat Person they can sense it. Your so Lucky having lovely weather, its supposed to snow in the nxt few days.

    • We sat all ready and waiting to go out today, Walter came in but Jozef didn’t, we waited so long we gave up and guess what, it started raining and then he turned up lol
He obviously knew we’d have got soaked if we’d gone off in our Summer clothes AND what’s more, it hail stoned after that.
A very clever cat is our Jo 😉

      • He is Very clever. At least you were made not to go out as you would of gotten really wet. Its pouring down with rain here today. So all the cats are inside with sad looks.

  8. Yes, I am. However, it probably works both ways. If a person is feline aware because they like cats they will see cats more often than other people rather than ignore them. This can be the beginning of a cat spotting you and then meeting up.

    • Yes feline aware and feline attractive describes PoCers, I can’t understand people who can pass a cat without a second glance. How they miss out on the best thing in life!
