This is almost at the opposite end of the spectrum to the crazy trophy hunting of lions in Africa. A lot of people are critical of Big Cat Rescue (BCR). I don’t buy their strident criticisms. This video shows good work being done to simply ease away the pain caused by a condition in the lion’s right eye. It was painful. The cat is 17-years-of-age; an old boy and yet they wanted his last years to be as comfortable as possible. That’s good isn’t it? That’s the opposite of poaching lions and killing them for trophies.
