This is a LOL video. It is cute too. The impression I get is that the bird (a crow by the look of him/her) prefers feeding the cat. Perhaps they are better friends. The lady who cares for them all, calls the dog back after he/she thought about departing. An obedient bunch of companion animals.
I have to presume that all three were raised together. The cat is not altogether pleased by the attentions of the crow and saunters off.
The power of socialisation. Any animal can learn to be relaxed with any other animal but this does not apply to people.
Not sure the cat is that fond of the bird – a bit irritating for the cat 😉
