This picture shows the two criminals who killed a cat by dragging him around behind their vehicle. I think the guy on the left is the person who owned the cat. Co-Facebook group members reported them to the police. The interesting point is that a lot of people in that group and I believe outside the group reported the matter to the police direct and they did research on the background of this people. In other words they were doing genuine detective work on behalf of the police force before they reported the matter
