Cat behavior problem? Solution the Ssscat?

Do you agree that this device is the way to stop a “cat behavior problem”? I don’t because a cat walking on a kitchen counter, to me, is not a cat behavior problem but a cat behaving normally. Therefore it is a “cat owner’s problem”.
And if the cat owner is so sensitive to this sort of cat behavior they have a moral obligation to deter it in a non-threatening, non-frightening way.
Because to scare a cat for behaving normally it to create an environment for the cat that is unnatural hostile and confusing.
Manufacturers dream up these new devices by feeding on peoples’ sensitivities.
An alternative to people who don’t like cats walking on counters is to not have a cat.
