Cat rescue can go wrong and sometimes is not because the person is malicious and nasty but simply because they become neglectful and/or can’t cope. I think the latter is the case in this instance. This lady took on too much and could not cope and eventually her cats had to be rescued from her and she was charged and now convicted of animal cruelty offences which may lead her to being imprisoned and paying a $1000 fine.
