Community cats are naturals for social distancing as they sit in their circles

QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES: The picture by Coleen Joice Aquino shows community cats taking up position inside the circles painted onto the sidewalk for people to maintain social distancing during this viral crisis. The cats took over because we know that cats like to site inside circles or squares drawn on the floor or ground. It’s a habit they have. I think they do it because it makes them feel more secure. It is the same reason they like to curl up inside a smallish box. You may have your own theory and if so please share it. They are not following instructions from the shopkeeper of Philippines’ government that is for sure.
