It’s just a loving moment that went a bit off the rails. The picture looks weird and the video does too but it only lasted for a second. The dog’s name is Reggie. Jami Michelle made the video and is the guardian to these two lovers. I don’t know the cat’s name. He or she is a very trusting ginger tabby.
