Hounds charged into Celia Hammond’s cat sanctuary. These were foxhounds. I hate foxhounds and fox hunts. A criminal offence may have taken place and it is being investigated.

I hope the cats are just hiding! I hate fox hunts too but you mustn’t hate the foxhounds — it’s not their fault. But I will never forget the death of the fox in The Plague Dogs. As you know there is great controversy here about pit bulls, whether they have been bred to be so aggressive that they should not be allowed to exist. I wonder if fox hounds have been bred so severely that they cannot be kept as pets. Are there any fox hound rescue & rehab groups?
