This woman wanted to prank her kitten by waking him up from a deep sleep but he refused to wake up and, in this screenshot, you can see her looking at the person making the video with real concern on her face because her kitten simply refused to wake up and for a moment, she believed that he had died suddenly. He eventually woke up to her relief.
