The grand jury decisions in this case to not proceed to a criminal trial are seriously flawed. It appears to me that they made up their minds before the grand jury discussions took place. It appears that the prosecutor did not want to prosecute Kristen Lindsey and although of course I was not present it appears that the prosecutor in some way manipulated the outcome. I say this because the statements by the grand jury are so patently and obviously flawed that we have to believe something occurred and that there was a hidden agenda.
