This is a live, online 45 minute training session conducted by Alley Cat Allies in the form of a webinar which is an online seminar.
A webinar is when people sit at their computers at home and they login to the person providing the webinar who could be thousands of miles away and in a different country. You can see the person doing the training via your computer camera. You can also see the other participants through icons. The same applies to the others.
Participants communicate with the person leading the webinar and at the end they can talk to each other. This aspect of the webinar may vary depending on the rules of the provider.
I’d like to promote this webinar because it is nice to see a well known organisation providing free training like this on an important topic concerning cat welfare.
The live aspect of webinars makes it more immediate and intense. Participants can learn from each other too and they can form networks.
If you’d like to participate you can register with Alley Cat Allies on this page. Enjoy.
P.S. This event, although ongoing on a monthly basis, is probably time limited so in a year’s time this page may be redundant. At the top of the page you can see when it was written.
