Live Donkey Is Fed to Tigers at a Zoo in China

What can we say about this video? It is shocking. Shareholders to a zoo, who are disgruntled, decided to feed a live goat to 2 tigers in an enclosure as can be seen in the video on the primary page on this topic. We are told that this is not that uncommon in China although not all zoos are this abusive towards animals. Also, apparently, visitors can pay zoo workers to do what they demand which may include feeding live animals to zoo exhibits. The underlying problem is that the government refuses to create laws which protects animals both domestic and wild.
