You filed a complaint for someone using your image, not altering it, and had it removed from a site that basically just talked about cats? That’s weak. Hope you didn’t lose too much money from that ‘infringement’.
Now that I’ve seen the image, if I think of it later, will you file a complaint to have it removed from my brain?
I have no choice. I have to file a complaint if anyone uses the images of Helmi Flick without her permission. This is because she has given me permission to use her photos but I owe a debt to her to enforce her copyright. I make the complaint on her behalf. Her photos are copyright protected. This is an intellectual property right.
