This is another casually made video showing how close cat and person can be. I wonder whether there is something in some people that a cat recognises and is drawn to.

I wonder if it is something as simple as the smell of the person. I don’t think it is. I think a cat understands when a person is safe, friendly and not dangerous in anyway. It probably comes from the way we speak to our cat, the way we interact generally and more. There is something more I feel behind such a close bond. But I don’t know what it is exactly.
I do know that cats become very, very close to some people even though on first appearance that person is not different from another member of the household that the cat is not attached to.
