Maine Coon Pride and Sophistication

Maine Coon Pride and Sophistication

by Debbie

I adopted my cat from a rescue shelter. She was about 7 months old. She caught my attention as she was very talkative and reaching through the cage with her paws. I named her Starlight. She is now about 6 years old. She loves to be petted and continues to be very talkative. Her best pose is sitting like a sphinx. I will have to try and capture that in picture. I only recently found out her breed while watching an in depth PBS show on cats.

She would light up anyone's life, so her name is very apt. I love her coat, it looks so typically Maine Coon, a bit long, shaggy and thick and a nice color. She is obviously in very good hands with you.
