The CFA breed standard says that the eyes should be large and round (passed on this test). The eyes should be at an angle towards the nose (passed on this test). The outer corners of the eyes should be slightly higher than the border nearer the nose. Once again this cat’s appearance agrees with this standard. I don’t know the preferred eye color for a ginger cat such as this. The eye color should of course be in harmony with the coat color. That is the case here in my opinion.
The standard says that the face should be “round”. The Manx Cat should have a short thick neck as in this cat. The ears should be widely spaced and for the shorthair (as here) the ear furnishings (ear hair) should be “sparse”. This cat it seems does well against the standard.
