This is a photograph of Gabriel my cat. He is a male cat. His was neutered. There were no noticeable differences in his behaviour, personality or anything else other than his anatomy after being neutered. It goes to show that neutering does not automatically change a cat except the obvious change which is to remove his balls! In doing so though there is no production of testosterone and therefore it should reduce the maleness of the cat. It clearly depends upon the individual cat. Perhaps maleness is hardwired into the cat or into some cats and therefore reducing testosterone does not remove that maleness.
