Howling, yowling, squealing and squalling outside cats will be breaking the law in Princeton if the new law passes! They want to keep the place quiet for undergraduates at the famous Princeton University! I made that last bit up but the city’s council is discussing a new ordinance which makes cat owners liable for a breach of the law if they allow their cat to make a sound or sounds which cause a nuisance and disturb the peace and quiet of the city.
