This appears to be the moment when a tiger which escaped a private home is captured by the owner who wears a white T-shirt.
The owner intervened and captured his tiger before the police arrived apparently.
Neighbours called the authorities as they were obviously concerned. The tiger wandered around a West Houston neighbourhood for a while.
It highlights the poor issue regarding lax regulation of big cat ownership by private individuals in America.
The law needs to be tightened up and Carole Baskin of Big Cat Rescue has campaigned for this for many years and hopefully will succeed in the not too distant future.
