Picture of a young cat sharing an E-collar with her canine companion

This is a very cute picture of a cat sharing an Elizabethan collar (E-collar) with her canine companion. It’s charming because the cat regards the Elizabethan collar as an object which makes her more comfortable. For her it’s a bit like climbing into a box. It provides some protection which combined with being in contact with her dog companion makes this a very pleasant experience. It is the first time that I have seen something like this. It is a particularly large Elizabethan collar. The picture comes from the Bored Panda website. Note that the cat has placed her hind legs in contact with the dog. Physical contact with paws can be important for cats. It is like holding hands.
