This is a charming photograph of a young child who is demonstrating to the world her cat welfare credentials. I’d bet no adults did this on this wet day. It is an instinctive act by a child who I feel confident has grown up or is growing up to be an animal lover and advocate.
I don’t know where it is but it looks like somewhere in Europe.
