The reason why his tongue sticks out is unexplained. I’d like to suggest that it might be connected to his extreme breeding resulting in a flat face and very short nose which may make it harder to breath so he opens his mouth a little whereupon his tongue flops out. That’s a guess and not a fact in this instance. I have seen it before in Exotic SH cats. He is a cute cat though. I am just concerned about the health of these extreme cat breeds. The Exotic SH is a shorthaired version of the contemporary Persian.
