In this unusual cat picture, a wide-eyed and calm 9-week-old kitten looks out from under a car, trapped in the car’s subframe. The date: Wednesday, July 10, 2019. The place: an auto repair shop in Frankfort, Kentucky, USA. The kitten had just completed a 30 mile trip under the car. She was unharmed and healthy. The driver heard her cry and discovered her as you see in the picture. In a nice touch to the story, a longtime customer of the repair shop offered to adopt her. A beautiful ending to a picture which made me wince.
