I’ve read every single book of the series, ending in ‘The Last Hope’, and i would LOVE a warrior movie! P.S. i agree NO ZAC EFFRON!!( sorry to bring up the annoying topic, but i couldn’t hold it in) A little about me, i live in the U.S.A (Tennessee), and my favorite cat ever in the series is Hawkfrost, no matter what people say about him. I’ve heard, though, interestingly, that Zack Effron’s gonna be Graystripe/paw or Firestar! I wonder who’ll be Ravenpaw? He’s always been interesting. It has been a long time while we wait It seems that at the moment the film makers are not preparing to make a WC film. When I do a search on the film sites or Google news I don’t get any news about a WC movie. We wait and hope! I still think that it will be made. It is just a question of when. |

| Mar 08, 2012 Rating | A purrfect idea! I think it’s worth a try! They are my favorite series other than Redwall and the Guardians of Ga’Hoole. But I just hope that they will get REALLY great actors to play the cats! Like maybe Gary Sinese from CSI:New York. Or maybe Micheal Chiklis from Fantastic Four. Or even better, Simon Baker from the Mentalist! And Zac Efron and Elijah Wood are good choices! But, I do not want Bluestar to be voiced by Rihanna! She doesn’t sound like the person to voice Bluestar. I love Bluestar, I’ve read her book, Bluestar’s Prophecy so many times I’ve lost count! And it is my favorite book in the whole series! Bluestar sacrificed so much for her Clan. And suffered much pain. And I relate to her the most. Now for the music, I strongly reccomend Phil Collins! In case you don’t know who he is, he sang the songs for 2 Disney films, Brother Bear and Tarzan. I’m pretty sure he wrote them to. The songs he sings have a real emotional power, and he has an amazing voice. He should write the songs and sing them! Anyway, I hope that they pursue this idea. The Guardians of Ga’Hoole have thier movie, now it’s time for WARRIORS! |

| Feb 06, 2012 Rating | Just my thoughts… I can’t wait! I have read all the books except for the last one (Title: The Last Hope. Luv the name!) I heard that Elijah Wood is Rusty/Firepaw/Fireheart/Firestar. I think the voice fits well! But the only problem is that Sandstorms voice should kinda mesh with his since they are mates (or future mates in the books on what the movie will probably be based on.) I think Bluestar should have a deep leader-like voice but still sound like a girl. Rhianna does not really work for me but I think it MIGHT come together. Ravenpaw should have a wimpy sorta scared quiet voice. I think Zac Effron would be O.K. for Graystripe but maybe a goofier more sarcastic sounding voice would be best. Spottedleaf’s voice should be gentle and kind. Maybe Rhianna might work for Yellowfang but I imsgine her voice to ba a little bit more raspy. Tigerstar should be a REALLY deep and cold voice. Maybe Zac Effrons voice will be good for Whitestorm… maybe a deep voice |

Nobody bash me or anything but i really think robert pattinson would be perfect for firehearts adult voice. hes an amazing actor and i dont see him as just a twilight actor, hes done much more better roles. and if they got to the a new prophecy books then I think rachel mcadams would be perfect for leafpool and eric bana as crowfeather. there voices go so well with not only each other but they match the characters amazing as well 😀 i think its important for lovers voices to sound good togeather |

In my opinion, if there were a movie, it would be worth more then 15 mouses of appluase for all Warrior Cats or maybe just all Erin Hunter fans, (including me ^^), I have played over a idea of the beginning in my head many times, its really based on Firestar’s beginnings as a warrior cat, it sort of goes like this: a fire-looking pelted cat rested in a shady den covered with rock walls- ?: “May I come in?” a cat meowed from outside. The fire looking cat raised his head and called “Yes, you may” he said. A sandy-colored tabby she-cat came in with to small kittens (both she-cats) at her heels, one of them was dark ginger with green eyes and the other was light brown with amber eyes. The two kittens jumped on top of the orange tom “Haha! Stop it Squirrelkit, you too Leafkit” the tom said. “We want a story! We want a story!” they both said together. “Those two didn’t want a story from the elders, they wanted it from their father” the she-cat purred. The orange tom got up and flicked his tail, “Alright Sandstorm, if they want a story then they’ll get it, sit down, yes you, too, now long ago I used to be a kittypet named Rusty, I was dreaming of the forest then, and thats when it all happen…” lol ok, so this seems like its from the books, but the movie is based from Firestar’s beginning of becoming a wild cat, Sandstorm is the mom of Squirrelflight and Leafpool btw, (grown up names), also, I totally agree, (with Holmes) HD and 3D would be awesome for the movie. It would be cool have a warriors movie because it would help people understand the series but it would be very hard to express the emotion and thought of the cats. Basically it would be cool but it probably wont be made for the same reason they canceled the enders game movie. |

| Aug 09, 2011 Rating | THERE NEEDS TO BE A FRIGGING MOVIE I seriously agree with a movie but Erin Hunter (I’m horrible at remembering the three people who are Erin) needs to direct it! If she doesn’t, the person who does will more than likely TOTALLY ruin it! Make it different? And yeah, Disney should NOT direct it either because they word make it a kid movie, family friendly. I think that Elijah Wood would (haha Wood, would sorry I’m ADD) be better than Zac Efron because Zac sounds a little too wimpy and Elijah Wood was AWESOME as Spyro’s voice. | May 26, 2011 Rating | WARRIORS movie!!!!! (gasp) I looked up warriors cats movie, and found this. I read it all, watched the video, and now, here I am, commenting. I want Elijah Wood to do maybe Rusty/Firepaw, but not Fireheart/Firestar. I can’t picture Rihanna’s voice in my head, so I can’t exactly say whether she’d be good for Bluestar or not. I would imagine maybe a slight light voice for Graypaw, and maybe just a LITTLE bit darker voice for Graystripe. Personally, I think a dark voice for Darkstripe, slightly lighter for Dustpelt. If you ask me, they should make a movie for each book. They shouldn’t add or delete ANYTHING!!! I don’t care how long it makes the movie!!! Avatar (the one with the blue people) was around 3 hours. I love this!!!!! when I found it, I couldn’t breathe!!! I STILL can barely stop myself from jumping!!!!! I really hope it releases soon!!! Like maybe… June! It’s sooooo hard to calm down when ur favourite book seires of all time is turning into a movie. Like, I got sooo exited when Legend of the Guardians came out… but they RUINED IT!!!! Hopefully they don’t ruin Warriors. And, really? Bluestar is voiced by Rihanna? I can’t really picture Bluestar with Rihanna’s voice… I thought she would be more of a british sounding cat. I’ve heard that Rihanna will do Sandstorm’s voice but I’ve also heard she will be Bluestar. I just hope there will be a movie. I love the books! Blazpaw on Yahoo says that it is due out in 2011 with Zac Efron voicing Graypaw. Wikipedia says this at Oct 2010: During a July 2009 author chat, Victoria Holmes stated that there are currently no planned Warriors movies, and none under consideration: Oh, the fickle world of movie making, well, there are currently no Warriors movies in production or even under consideration. The economy is not in a state to invest in a rather dark animation about feral cats, apparently. I promise I’ll let you know if there are any changes. In August 2010, she stated: Well, never say never, but there are currently no Warriors movies in production, and no immediate plans. Personally, I think it will be made and in HD and 3D.
