President Trump Mocks CNN’s #SharpieGate Obsession With “Yakety Sax” Cat Meme

I am not sure what this is about – it is baffling actually – except that it contains Trump and a cat! So I have to have it on the site 🙂

I think Trump was criticised for getting the projected path of Hurricane Dorian wrong in a tweet. He subsequently made another tweet, the one we see on this page. It is meant to be a criticism of CNN who were being critical of Trump. He’s mocking the news media as I understand it. It is a follow on from the battle over fake news and the president. However, I am not sure the cat and the laser pointer makes this clear. Can someone make the connection? I can’t be bothered to spend my time finding out.

He says that CNN were obsessed about his mistake on the projected path of Dorian. As I recall the official weather forecasters had not stated that the hurricane would reach Alabama. National Weather Service’s (NWS) projections had Alabama in the clear as I understand it.
