Prince William Inadvertently Sucked into Laos Tiger Farm Sham — 3 Comments

  1. Probably would be a good idea to thoroughly investigate these kind of claims BEFORE praising a government and visiting these countries. I know it’s easy to get sucked in to something if not vetted very carefully.

    • You make a very good point, Susan. I think Prince William was slightly naive in retrospect to heap praise upon the Laos government just because they made a promise. Promises don’t mean much in politics, particularly in Laos and we know that.

      • This is a cultural problem. They do not even feel that this is wrong. They also resent what they consider the west attacking their culture and forcing our values on them. All animal advocates need to keep exposing them to the rest of the world. Lisa Vanderpump exposed the Yulin Dog Festival horrors and atrocities to the world on her reality TV show to embarrass the Chinese govt snd testified before Congress. Another animal activist made an award winning documentary to embarrass the Japanese govt called The Cove to expose the yearly cruel and horrible dolphin slaughter. This is what is needed to stop this, letting them know the rest of the world condemns this cruelty.
