This guy seems to have made this rescue center a big family. We are told that it is a rescue centre but the animals behave as if it is his home. And perhaps, in effect it is. He treats them all as his pets and they respond accordingly. The video is at the base of the page.

It is nice to see the cats and dogs mixing with such ease. They all pile in around him as soon as he sits down. There will be a bit of a ritual here too. You know how cats get into deeply entrenched routines and habits. This is an example, I believe. He sits on that particular sofa/bed and the rescue cats and dogs know that it is time for a love-in.
It is training really. It a gradual, informal training. Most human-cat relationships are governed by a lot of informal training of both the person and their pet. Cats are probably better at training people than vice versa.
It looks as if it is in North Africa, perhaps Spain. There is an empty swimming pool. It is a home: his home I expect – a guess. I think that is the answer.
This guy has made his home a cat and dog rescue centre in a place like Morocco which is in North Africa. He probably already had several cats and dogs and added to them through rescue. In these sorts of countries there is no shortage of cats and dogs to be rescued. And there is always a need for rescue organisations.
Good for him. Great work. Note, though, that I have speculated on the video. I don’t know for sure. It would be nice to know the facts. The caption to the video on Daily Motion tells us that he is a volunteer and therefore this is no his home. I am in the dark. I prefer my theory: )
Note: This is a video from another website. Sometimes they are deleted at source which stops them working on this site. If that has happened, I apologise but I have no control over it.
