I think the photo is genuine too.
The cats look as though they may be related to each other.
Good question. I don’t have a clean answer. It does not look Photoshopped to me. And it is possible a group of farm cats could be in a group with these expressions. My guess is that it is genuine and a good photo that just happens to remind us of Reservoir Dogs.
