RSPCA failed to come out after man threatened to kill stray cat

Not much to say here except that the RSPCA seem to be perpetually in trouble due to making poor decisions. They have been heavily criticised for bringing too many prosections as a means to promote themselves and to try and deter animal abusers. It failed as did the prosecutions. The RSCPA does seem to be reluctant to come out to rescue animals. I recall telephoning them when a duck landed in a carpark (parking lot) thinking it was water and smashed into a car damaging it’s eye. They refused to come out. I sense a reluctance to do the bread and butter work of animal rescue and welfare. This cat needed assistance; rescuing. But nada from the RSPCA.

Hi, I am 70-years-of-age at 2019. For 14 years before I retired at 57, I worked as a solicitor in general law specialising in family law. Before that I worked in a number of different jobs including professional photography. I have a longstanding girlfriend, Michelle. We like to walk in Richmond Park which is near my home because I love nature and the landscape (as well as cats and all animals).
