Hi Lauren, if her tail is like a bottle brush when she is being defensive that is normal. But if it is always like that it would mean that she is probably not a Russian Blue — a Russian Blue mix perhaps. That said there are some great all grey (blue) random bred cats as well. Thanks for commenting. I like all grey cats. They look very elegant.
I BELIEVE I HAVE A RUSSIAN BLUE HOWEVER HER TAIL IS ABOUT 6 INCHES LONG, THICK AND BUSHEY AT THE TIP. IT LOOKS LIKE A BOTTLE BRUSH WHEN SHE GETS RILLED. SHE IS VERY LOVING AND INTELLIGENT PLAYING CATCH AND RETURNING TOY TO ME AFTER I HAVE THROWN IT TO HER.
