The woman in the video says:

“hi hello this is me πŸ˜‚ i work in the dog dept but this one cat always wants to be cuddled so i spent some time with him. manager just laughed, the owners loved it.”

The cat is Mr Suzy. He pawed at her to be cuddled so she obliged and got carried away with the music.

The music is Police’s “Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic”. The woman’s name is Soy In. Apparently was off duty at time. More credit to her.

It’s a cute video and it shows a professional approach to cat care. However, I would not rate it as exceptional. It is the sort of thing that one would hope employees at such a business would do on their own volition. She should be praised by the manager but it appears that she was not.

P.S. I understand that ‘pet resorts’ are boarding catteries or put another way businesses which look after your pet while you are away.
