Cat abuse is universal. It occurs all over the world. In this instance it happens in Singapore.
Often cat abuse is a part of the war between stray cat feeders – those people who like cats and want to help – and cat haters who use the congregation of feeding cats to hurt them.
In the Housing Board Estate of Singapore across from the Golden Mile Complex, Anthony Hong, one of the cat feeders, has created a website to try and catch the cat abusers who so far have got away with their nasty deeds because of a lack of evidence.
My advice to Mr Hong:
- Your website is a good idea but please make it more acceptable to the general public. It is too grizzly.
- You might consider camera trap videos to catch the criminals. These are cameras fired off by movement. They are used to film wildlife. You may get lucky and film a cat abuser if the cameras are concealed. If the abuser knows about the cameras it may deter him.
Mr Hong no doubt became frustrated by the lack of action by the authorities to prevent the ongoing cat abuse by catching the perpetrators. He must have been sickened by the heartless killings often by stabbing.
One person is known to use a catapult to throw rocks at the cats.
I am not going into details. It is all classic cat abuse. As I said it happens all over the world even in so called cat loving countries.
There is a battle going on between two groups of people: those who have kind hearts and who see animals in need versus the heartless b*st*rds who just want to destroy.
