Comments for Snoopy Thanksgiving

My sister and I grew up with all those Snoopy specials– the Christmas and Halloween ones were also favorites. “Snoopy Come Home” is the best ever. I love the music in that one.
I wore my Snoopy scrubs to work today at the nursing home! But before I started working in health care I taught, and I’d have to say the younger set isn’t really into the Peanuts gang that much. They barely know who Snoopy and Charlie Brown are. Maybe that’s because I taught in schools where most of the kids had immigrated from Mexico to the US, but I really got the feeling that what I loved as a kid isn’t appreciated anymore by kids. Maybe others have a different perspective?
