This video is simply another example of the domestic cat’s fantastic climbing abilities. There appears to be some sort of screen mesh across the window which allows the cat to grasp and climb. It’s similar to parkour cats who climb the outside of buildings which have been rendered and which therefore provide something for a cat to grip.

Domestic cats are amazingly agile climbers and of course very strong.

The twitter account holder asked what sort of cat this is. It could be any cat. All domestic cats can do this sort of thing to varying levels of expertise. It is not abnormal. Therefore the question is irrelevant.
