It is not every day that you see a photograph like this one. But there appears to be a straightforward explanation. This Russian cat crawled into a space underneath the concrete floor and as there was a hole in it he pushed its head through it which gave the impression that he had been concreted into the floor although he looks perfectly content. His escape was assisted by some passers-by. The cat did not wait around to thank them.
