I would call this a Lykoi Cat portrait. It is very appealing. The thinning of the hair around the eyes gives the impression that the cat is wearing spectacles. The Lykoi is a sparse-haired mutation from a domestic short hair. It had occurred earlier and are well-known cat “suffered” from the condition. Her name was Pyewacket. As far as I know they were not developed into a breed as has occurred with the Lykoi.
