Catfish swims down Florida street

Yes, I realise that my imagination is running riot but…this catfish is swimming down a Florida street and kittens can be found abandoned in drains. I have several stories of kittens rescued from drains in the street. The catfish disappeared down a drain. Catfish are predators and they do attack small mammals.

It is not clear why the road is flooded. It might be an early affect of the incoming Hurricane Dorian. The fish may have been forced into the drains and out onto the street. It looks very strange indeed.
