Remote triage by a veterinarian is more efficient as it helps to filter out minor medical issues or repeat medical issues which can be dealt with remotely and far more quickly. This leaves the other illnesses and conditions to be dealt with on a face-to-face basis. I think this method of working will be much more emphasised in the future by veterinary clinics both in America and the UK and in Europe for example.
