Cats disturbed by Taiwan earthquake

The earthquake triggered limited power cuts but there were no immediate reports of significant damage or casualties. I don’t know what the facility is. It is rather strange. Perhaps it is a cat rescue facility of some sort. Update: no, the BBC tell me it is someone’s home! And the home security cameras caught the action which took place after dark. The home onwers clearly love cats!

Google tells me that it was a Magnitude 5.9 earthquake, 16 km from Su’ao Township, Yilan County, Taiwan on 7 Aug at 22:28.
