Veterinarian declawed his wife’s cats without her consent or knowledge so she divorced him — 13 Comments

  1. At least he’s dead so he can’t mutilate, hurt, and cause a life of pain and suffering for any more cats. Karma is a good lady. Hope the ex is having a great life now and the poor kitties are OK. Several states will be voting on a declaw ban in the next few weeks, I hope it ends this cruel and barbaric practice.

  2. What a jerk of a “husband.” So glad that Gloria was able to leave this cruel “animal doctor.” Those poor cats. I would probably have left him immediately. 😱😭💜💜🐾🗝️

  3. LOL, I’m a retired biologist with three decades service with NOAA, four decades field research experience in animal distribution and population dynamics, and my educational background includes disciplines I doubt you could pronounce; since retirement I divide my year between my daughter in southern California and my son in NSW, Australia.

I will be 65 in May, and am a happy and well-loved grandfather of five, four of whom are female and are ‘the apples of my eyes”, not to put too fine a point on it. You provide yet another validation of the great Sidney Poitier’s sage advice: “ASSUME just makes an @$$ of U, not ME.” Khalas.

    • Yes, you are qualified and educated but you spoil everything you write by your anger and desire to insult. You are an arrogant, unpleasant person. I wonder if your come across the same way on the ground? I wonder others respond to your arrogance and dictatorial nature.
