Planet Animal Hospital is unique in India in combining an animal hospital, boarding facilities and a pet shop. And it is open 24/7. That probably makes it unique on the planet! The hospital was founded in 2005 and is ISO quality certified. It is located at 9, Chestnut Plaza, Opp. Edenwoods,near D Mart, Ghodbander Road, Thane, Maharashtra 400602, India.
Planet Animal hospital is also well known for its pet clinic. The clinic provides a complete service including preventative medicine and conselling. Advice is provided to clients on the telephone and at unsocial hours to ensure wellness for their pets. When other veterinary surgeries are unavailable at unsocial hours Animal Planet Hospital is available to provide best quality care dealing with a wide range of emergencies including: poisoning, snake bite, gastro, seizures etc. Many lives have been saved. Common complaints such as skin infections are diagnosed using modern equipment.
Recently we equipped the hospital with an ear endoscope to detect yeast infections. There are plans to install a fully fledged ICU with emergency and critical care facilities including computerized multi para monitors that will record ECG, SPO2, NIBP.Temp, blood pressure, and respiration of dogs.
Dr L D Pawar MVSc (Surgery) is the visiting surgeon. A example is the treatment of 3 year old Jimmy Pomeranian belonging to Priya of Thane (now settled in Dubai) who underwent an operation for an ovarian cyst/tumor. They say Jimmy was reborn at planet animal hospital not once but thrice. Priya always consults and is a very happy client.
Another example is Snoopy, an Irish setter, belonging to Mrs Apte who had a cyst in his anal region. He was operated by Dr Shashank Kamble and Dr Sarojini Kamble and is doing very well. He later developed severe ear infection that was also cured by these vets and he is relieved of the pain and suffering.

i had a eight year old dog, who was unwell from a month & under complete medication & marketing stunts of DR SAROJINI KAMBLE. DESPITE OF WE TELLING HER ABOUT THE SEVERE SITUATION OF OUR PET…SHE STILL COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM WID D DOG “BEING A DOCTOR TOO”. WE GAVE HER ALL THE SYMPTOMS DAT WE SAW IN THE DOG BUT STILL SHE COULD NOT DIAGNOSE FOR A MONTH.
HOWEVER EVEN THEN SHE DID NOT LET US GO ANYWHERE TO THE OTHER DOCTOR & CONSULT; AS SHE DINT WANT TO LOOSE A CLIENT. HER CHEAP MARKETING STUNTS WERE REALLY DISHEARTENED OUR FAMILY.
EVEN THOU HE WAS CRITICALLY ILL & WE COULD EASILY MAKE IT OUT ….”& SHE COULDNOT, BEING A DOCTOR DAT SHE PRETENDS TO BE”
SHE SOLD US MANY MEDICINES, SOME EATABLES, EAR CLEANER [WHICH WE TOLD HER DAT WE DONT WANT, N JUS CLEAN D EARS IN THE HOSPITAL ITSELF ;…SHE REFUSED TO IT & SOLD US DAT CLEANER, SAYIN DAT, “HE SEEMS FEROCIOUS” WHICH HE WASNT,, AS HE WAS NEUTERED N WAS WEAK DUE TO ILLNESS].
SHE ONLY DID SALES, MARKETING STUNTS VERY STRONGLY JUS TO MAINTAIN THE INCOMING MONEY WID ‘WE’ THE CLIENTS.
IT WAS TOTAL MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE FROM HER END BEING A DOCTOR DAT SHE PRETENDS.
LATER WHEN WE STRONG HEADEDLY CONSULTED ANOTHER DR..DR CHARIAR, SHE BY JUST ONE LOOK SAID DAT HE IS CRITICALLY ILL N SUMTHING IS REALLY WRONG. WHEN DR CHARIAR TOOK THE XRAY, ULTRASOUND & BLOOD TEST IT WAS DIAGNOSED SERIOUS ILLNESS “CANCER”.
WE WERE ALL THRASHED.
YES I KNOW EVEN THS SO CALLED DR KAMBLE, CANT DO ANYTHING TO D CANCER….BUT…..SHE COULD HAVE ATLEAST NOT KEPT US IN DARK SAYING DAT “HES ALL FINE N THE BLOOD REPORTS ARE NORMAL, N BECAUSE HES NOT EATING SO IS HIS STOMACH IS SWALLON. OTHERWISE HES ALL FINE”..SHE EVEN SHOUTED AT MY PET BADLY BECAUSE HE WAS NOT EATING ANYTHING.
THIS DR KAMBLE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE TO TREAT DOGS ILLNESS, NEITHER KNOWS HOW TO CURE THEM OR TREAT THEM IN A WAY.
I WILL RECOMMEND ALL U ANIMAL LOVERS TO JUST B CAREFULL N AWAY FROM THIS DR SAROJINI KAMBLE; AS SHE ONLY RUNNS BEHIND MONEY N DOESNT CARE FO NYBODYS FEELINGS. N DATS SO SHAME ON HER PART TO PLAY CHEAP MARKETING SALES STUNTS OVER SOMEBODYS LIFE.
SHAME DR SAROJINI KAMBLE…REALLY A BIG SHAME..ATLEAST SPARE THE BEZUBAAN ANIMALS.
