This is unpleasant, yes, but it is natural. I don’t know where it is as Google can’t detect and translate the language. It looks like the Far East to me. And the cat is an urban, community cat or feral cat. The video may well show a mother eating her kitten. I am not sure. Mother cats eating their kittens happens and I have covered that topic fairly extensively. See links below for two example pages on the subject. We don’t know if the adult cat killed the kitten i.e. if it was infanticide. I also discuss lion infanticide on this site – also see link below.
